Shipping & Delivery
Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.
You can visit online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to view the most up-to-date status of your order.
Shipping outside the European Union will include the costs for the phytosanitary certificate (€ 135,00), that is required for export.
Excluded from export is the US, because of the strict import regulations of this country. 

We offer the following shipping methods to meet your needs:
Post package: for small plants.
DPD package courier: for plants till 175 cm high and max. 31 kg.
Pallet via transport company: unlimited plant length and weight. 

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your order in the Store. You can also see shipping costs on the Order Acknowledgment email and on online Order Status.

Delivery time varies per country and per shipping method. 

Returns & Replacements
Reclamations will only be accepted within 7 days after receipt of the products. After this time the products and invoice are automatically approved and no further reclamations can be done. If the reclamation is accepted, Tropical Centre has the choice to substitute the product, against returning of the damaged products, by new products or the invoice value of the products, without any further compensations. Returning the products will be at the expense of the buyer.
As the transport is done via external companies, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or delay that can occur during this transport (only the standard CRM conditions for transport will apply).
Ordering
All the plants in our store are in stock, unlike most stores.
Most entries are "what you see is what you get", so you will buy the plant in the picture.
You know exactly what you buy.
